Ingredients (for 10 bliss balls)

  • 60 grams of dates
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 50 grams of cashews
  • 2 teaspoons of hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of maca powder
  • 1 scoop of vanilla or banana protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • A generous pinch of salt and ginger powder
  • A dash of almond milk or water
  • Toppings: powdered sugar and/or shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Pre-soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes (this will make them softer).
  2. Drain the dates and then blend them together with the rest of the ingredients (excluding the toppings) in a food processor until all the ingredients are roughly ground.
  3. Knead the mixture between your hands and form approximately 10 bliss balls.
  4. Sprinkle some powdered sugar and/or shredded coconut on a plate and roll the bliss balls in it until you have vegan snowball bliss balls ;-)
  5. Store the bliss balls in a sealed container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh for longer.
