Caramel Sea Salt Bliss Balls

  • 60 grams of dates
  • 2 tablespoons of oats
  • 50 grams of almonds
  • 2 teaspoons of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of Maca powder
  • 1/2 scoop of Orangefit Protein, vanilla or chocolate flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Generous pinch of sea salt
  • Splash of almond milk/water


  1. Pre-soak the dates in hot water for 10 minutes to make them soft.

  2. Drain and blend them together with the rest of the ingredients in a food processor until all the ingredients are roughly ground.

  3. Knead the mixture between your hands to form a compact mass and roll it into small balls.

  4. Sprinkle a bit of sea salt and cinnamon on top.

  5. Store the bliss balls in a sealed container in the refrigerator to keep them fresh for longer.
