Ordering

  • No, you do not have to have an account to order. But having an account does give you a lot of benefits.

  • In Europe the shipping is free from 40 euros. Under 40 euros you pay 4.95 shipping costs. 

  • You can choose a free gift with all orders above €75.

  • If you have a discount code, you can use it during the ordering process at the 'Shopping cart' step.

  • No, only Europe!

Account

  • You can change the password for your account at any time at 'My account'.

  • If you have forgotten the password for your account, you can reset your password via 'My account'.

Delivery

  • If you order on working days (Mon / Fri) before 9 p.m. you will receive your order the next day. If you order on weekends or after 21.00 on Friday, you will receive your products on Tuesday.

    For international orders the delivery time will be 3-5 working days.

  • After you have placed an order you will receive a Track & Trace code from us that you can use to track your order.

  • During the ordering process (at the step 'Shipping options') you can choose whether you want your order delivered at your home, at a PostNL or UPS pick-up point.

  • Sure, no problem at all!

Payment

  • You can safely pay for your order with the familiar payment services PayPal, Klarna, Creditcard and iDEAL.

  • Would you like to receive an invoice for your order? Send an email to hallo@orangefit.nl and we will make sure that you receive your invoice as soon as possible.

Return policy

  • If you are not satisfied with our products, we offer you the possibility to return your order and receive your money back. You can also return opened packages at Orangefit. How this works you can read below.

    • Send an email to hallo@orangefit.nl and let us know that you want to return.
    • Fill out the return form that you receive from us and add it to the return shipment.
    • You can return your order within max. 14 days after you've received your order.
    • You can try a maximum of 5 shakes per packaging. Packagings are weighted after receiving.
    • The shipping costs of the return are not reimbursed.
    • When we have received and weighted your return we will refund the purchase amount to your account the same day.
