Valentine's Bliss Balls

Spoil your Valentine with these vibrant pink, protein-packed bliss balls made from raspberries. We're sure you'll make their day extra special with these!

Ingredients (for 12-14 pieces)

  • 100 grams of oats
  • 2 scoops of Orangefit Vanilla Protein
  • 80 grams of dates
  • 1 pre-cooked beetroot
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • a handful of almonds or mixed nuts
  • 225 grams of raspberries, strawberries, or a mix of red fruits
  • Coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. If necessary, allow the fruit to thaw.
  2. Blend the pre-cooked beetroot and extract the juice by using a sieve or an old tea towel.
  3. Puree the dates and the red fruit.
  4. Chop the nuts into small pieces.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together (except the coconut flakes) by hand. It's okay if there are still some chunks in the "batter".
  6. Use your hands to roll evenly sized bliss balls.
  7. Sprinkle some coconut flakes on a plate and roll the raspberry bliss balls in them.
  8. Place the balls in the fridge for an hour to firm up even more.
