Turmeric Vanilla Smoothie

Speaking of "power smoothies"... be sure to give this turmeric vanilla spiced smoothie a try! This healthy smoothie will truly give you an energy boost in the morning, thanks to the fresh ginger and turmeric.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 300 ml unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • 1 cm freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • A pinch of cardamom and ground black pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 scoop of Orangefit Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • Optional: 25 grams of oats

Instructions

  1. We won't complicate things for you: blend all the ingredients together at high speed in a blender until it becomes smooth. Tip: if you want to enjoy the smoothie as a light snack, you can skip the oats.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a glass or your to-go shaker bottle.
