Protein-Rich Pear and Ginger Smoothie

Craving a tasty smoothie? This green smoothie with pear and ginger is rich in protein, sweet in flavor, and packed with valuable nutrients. It contains 50 grams of cooked broccoli, but you won't even taste it. It's the perfect way to get extra veggies in every day. Thanks to the pear and vanilla protein powder, this smoothie has a delightful sweet taste!

Tip: You can also add a scoop of our green juice to make your smoothie even greener!

Ingredients (for 1 smoothie)

  • 1 medium-sized or 2 small pears
  • 1 cm fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 2 handfuls of washed spinach leaves
  • 50 grams of cooked broccoli (cooled)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla-flavored Orangefit Protein
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 150 ml water
  • 100 ml unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • Optional: 1 to 2 dates (if you don't find the smoothie sweet enough)

Instructions

  1. Precook the broccoli and let it cool down.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
