Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 40 grams of rolled oats
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ scoop of Orangefit Banana Protein
  • 100 ml of almond or oat milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A few slices of mango
  • 1 tbsp of coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
