Ingredients (1 smoothiebowl)

  • 1 (frozen) banana
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ to 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein (chocolate, vanilla, or banana)
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 40 grams of oats
  • 200 ml of unsweetened almond or oat milk
  • Toppings (optional): 1 tsp peanut butter, hemp seeds, and walnuts.

Instructions
