Parfait of quark with granola and fruit

Are you a fan of soft, creamy desserts? Then this plant-based parfait is a real must-try. Ready in no time and with 26 grams of protein, it's also a true protein bomb.

A parfait is incredibly easy to make; you don't need to bake anything, just combine the delicious ingredients we mention below. Enjoy!

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 6 tbsp of plant-based quark
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 peach
  • 6 strawberries
  • 2 handfuls of granola with speculaas spices
  • A sprig of fresh mint
  • Optional: pure cacao nibs with coconut shavings.


  1. Mix the yogurt or quark with the cinnamon and protein powder.

  2. Building a parfait is done layer by layer, so start with a layer of plant-based quark or yogurt.

  3. Then add the pieces of fruit and a layer of granola.

  4. Followed by another layer of quark or yogurt.

  5. Finish it off with some tasty (homemade) crunchy granola, the remaining fruit, and a sprig of fresh mint.

  6. Tip: sprinkle some pure cacao nibs or dried coconut shavings on top.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
