Cold pineapple smoothie bowl

Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 30 grams of oats
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein (vanilla, banana, mango/peach)
  • 100 grams of frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 banana (optional: also frozen)
  • 150 ml of unsweetened plant-based milk
  • a splash of fresh lemon juice
  • a pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • optional: a handful of nuts

Instructions

  1. Now comes the tricky part: blend all the ingredients (except the hemp seeds and nuts) together in a blender or food processor until smooth.

  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and top it off with the hemp seeds and nuts (you can chop them if desired).

  3. Enjoy your refreshing smoothie bowl!
