  • 1.5 tsp of cookie and speculaas spices
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp of melted coconut oil

  • 2 tsp of chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • 40 grams of hazelnuts / cashews

Instructions

  1. Soak the dates (pit removed) in hot water for 15 minutes. Then blend them into a puree.

  2. Chop or blend the nuts into very small pieces.

  3. Mix the oats, spices, melted coconut oil, protein powder (which flavor did you use?), chia or flax seeds, nut pieces, and the date puree until it forms a firm mixture.

  4. Divide the dough into 7 to 8 equal parts and roll them between your hands into bliss balls.

  5. Place them in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to let the bliss balls firm up. Optionally, sprinkle some extra speculaas spices or maybe even raw cocoa powder on top!
