Hummus and pesto dips with green juice

Having friends over? Get a tasty dip ready. Or even better: make it yourself! In no time, you can whip up a delicious hummus or pesto. And with the secret ingredient, Orangefit's green juice, you turn it into a vitamin-packed treat. Double the fun! 

Ingredients

For the hummus:

  • 500 grams of chickpeas
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 tablespoons of tahini
  • 4 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika powder
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 scoop of green juice

For the pesto:

  • 250 grams of fresh basil
  • 50 grams of fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 50 grams of pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons of walnuts (or peanuts)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 80 ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 scoop of green juice

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces.
  2. For the hummus, start by draining the chickpeas.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you have a dip.
  4. Time to dip and enjoy!
