Green juice energy balls

Looking for a tasty and healthy snack to carry in your bag? Check out these energy balls with green juice. This way, you'll be sure to power through your day with plenty of energy! Plus, with a scoop of Greens, you'll get your daily nutrients in no time. 

Ingredients (for 10 balls)

  • 200g dates
  • 100g rolled oats
  • 50g desiccated coconut
  • 50g pecans
  • 50g sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop green juice powder

Instructions

1. Grind the pecans, sunflower seeds, and half of the rolled oats finely in a blender or food processor.

2. Add dates, nut butter, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and green juice, and blend everything together once more.

3. Transfer everything to a bowl and mix in the remaining rolled oats.

4. Roll out ten evenly sized balls.

5. Place the shredded coconut on a plate and roll the balls in it.

6. Store in the fridge to keep them nice and cool.

7. Ready to snack on!
