Healthy and delicious brownies packed with protein! Made with ingredients like chocolate, black beans, and Orangefit Protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans (about 250 grams drained weight)
  • 40 grams of oats
  • 1.5 scoops of Orangefit Protein
  • 10 grams of cocoa powder
  • 80 grams of agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 40 grams of melted coconut oil
  • 100 ml of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Optional: 40 grams of dark chocolate (we used 72%)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Line the brownie tin with parchment paper.
  3. Put the black beans in a sieve and rinse them.
  4. Place all the ingredients for the brownies in the food processor (excluding any optional chocolate).
  5. It will form a thick batter, so it's normal if it's a bit difficult to scoop out of the food processor.
  6. Put the mixture in the brownie tin.
  7. Crush the 40 grams of chocolate and distribute it over the brownie (you can also mix some pieces into the dough if you prefer).
  8. Bake the brownies for about 15 minutes in the oven.
  9. When you take them out of the oven, they will still feel a bit soft – this is normal.
  10. Allow the brownies to cool before slicing and eating.
