Banana protein bread

Super delicious and packed with good nutrients: plant-based banana protein bread! Perfect for around your workout or as a snack.


  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 250 grams of spelt flour
  • 50 grams of Orangefit Vanilla Protein
  • 150 grams of dried dates
  • 50 grams of walnuts
  • 250 ml of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Cut three bananas and 75 grams of dates into pieces and put them in a blender.
  3. Add the almond milk to the blender.
  4. Blend until you have a smooth batter with hardly any visible pieces.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the spelt flour, Orangefit, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  6. Pour the blender mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix until you have a thick batter.
  7. Cut the fourth banana and the remaining 75 grams of dates into pieces. Gently fold these into the batter.
  8. Add the walnuts to the batter as well.
  9. Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
  10. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and place it in the oven.
  11. Let it bake for 45-50 minutes.
  12. When a fork comes out clean, it's ready to enjoy!
