Warm cinnamon breakfast smoothie

This cinnamon breakfast smoothie is perfect and tastes like a freshly baked apple pie. That already sounds pretty good, right? We're happy to share the easy recipe with you.

For this protein-rich smoothie, you only need a few ingredients, which means you won't have to spend a long time in the kitchen in the morning. This smoothie is also recommended for children, it's deliciously sweet because of the apple.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 apple
  • 40 grams of oats
  • 1/2 to 1 scoop of Orangefit Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tsp of hemp seeds
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • 200 ml of almond milk
  • dash of water
  • optional: dash of agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Wash the apple and cut it into pieces.

  2. Add it to a saucepan with a small splash of water and the cinnamon over medium heat.

  3. Cook the apple pieces until they are soft.

  4. Then, add the rest of the ingredients.

  5. Stir until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid.

  6. Transfer this mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Tip: Is the smoothie too thick? Add a bit more warm water or almond milk.

  1. Pour it into a glass and sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top.
