Protein-rich smoothie bowl with peanut butter

A protein-packed smoothie bowl with peanut butter and granola for breakfast, lunch, or a snack... That doesn't sound too bad, right? We thought so too! The smoothie bowl is made from nutritious ingredients like banana, oats, and a bit of chia seeds. Flavored with pure peanut butter, protein powder, and cinnamon.

Lighter or more filling

You can make the smoothie bowl lighter or more filling by adding more or less oats and protein powder. Opt for light toppings like fresh fruit or seeds, or like we did, go for crunchy granola.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 scoop Orangefit Banana, Vanilla, or Chocolate Protein
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tsp peanut butter (100% peanuts)
  • splash of almond or oat milk
  • 40 grams of oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes


  1. Blend the frozen banana with the oats, Orangefit Protein, plant-based milk, peanut butter, and oats until smooth. Tip: you can also add the peanut butter later.
  2. Pour it into a bowl.
  3. Add the chia seeds, granola, and coconut flakes.
