Protein-rich coconut yogurt with speculoos granola

This granola, with all its fibers and good fats from nuts and seeds, is a party for your digestion. We've made it irresistible with speculoos-cookie spices, all in a blanket of coconut yogurt. It's a keeper!

Let's get started quickly!


  • 120 grams of oats
  • 100 grams of nuts
  • 10 grams of flaxseed
  • 15 grams of pumpkin seeds
  • 3 dates
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of speculoos and cookie spices
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • 25 grams of melted coconut oil
  • coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 to 1 scoop of Orangefit Vanilla Protein


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

  2. Chop the nuts and dates into pieces and melt the coconut oil.

  3. Then, mix all the dry ingredients together and add the coconut oil and agave syrup.

  4. Mix this well and then spread it out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Tip: Want really crispy granola? Stir the granola halfway through and let it cool well after baking.

  5. Then, mix the coconut yogurt with the Orangefit Protein and add the granola.
