Hot cinnamon porridge

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 50 grams of oats
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Protein vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of ground flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon of tahini or peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 250 ml of unsweetened almond or oat milk

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana and add all the ingredients (except the tahini/peanut butter) to a saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring regularly. *The more you stir, the creamier the porridge will become.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and add the tahini or peanut butter, and optionally, your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, nuts, or homemade granola.
  4. Enjoy!
