Green smoothies are super healthy. Well, at least if you make them the Orangefit way. Namely, without any fattening ingredients like yogurt or ice cream, but filled to the brim with healthy ingredients. Lots of leafy greens, water, grain flakes, and a scoop of vegan protein powder or green juice. And of course, fruit. 1. Superfood smoothie

Did you know that kale is a true 'superfood'? Kale has the highest vitamin C content of all cabbage varieties and contains significant amounts of vitamins A, B, and K. To mask the strong cabbage taste a bit, we make this smoothie with pineapple and banana. If you add a scoop of Orangefit Greens, you're adding another 24 different types of healthy vegetables and fruits to your smoothie.

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

  • 200 grams almond milk
  • 40 grams kale
  • 25 grams spinach
  • ½ banana
  • 150 grams pineapple
  • 1 scoop of Orangefit Greens

Instructions

  1. Wash the kale.
  2. Cut the banana and pineapple into pieces.
  3. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  4. Blend for 30 seconds at the highest setting. Kale can be quite tough.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy (you can use a straw if you want).
